With Plooto, you'll get an amazing set of features for managing and automating your payables and receivables processes. There are no setup fees, and as a financial service, we do not charge GST/HST/QST. New customers can also try Plooto free for one month during our free 30-day trial.

• If you are an individual business, toggle to the Individual Business option and begin your journey with a free 30-day trial in our available plan.

• If you are an accountant or bookkeeper, toggle to the Accountants & Bookkeepers option to explore various plans tailored to meet all your clients' accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) needs.
• Please note, our subscription plans and pricing were updated on December 2nd, 2024. If you joined Plooto prior to this date and are making changes to your legacy plan, you will choose from our currently available plans and pricing as outlined here.

 

Plan Add-ons

We offer plan add-ons for the Grow and Pro plans, so you can customize your plan to what works best for your business! Here is the list of add-ons we offer:

Go Plan:

• The Go plan does not include any add-ons.

Grow Plan:

• Monthly Payment Package:
  • $20/month for 50 Domestic Transactions. Subsequent transactions charged at $0.50 per transaction
  • $35/month for 100 Domestic Transactions. Subsequent transactions charged at $0.50 per transaction
  • $75/month for 250 Domestic Transactions. Subsequent transactions charged at $0.50 per transaction.

Pro Plan:

• ERP Integration: Your business can integrate with Oracle NetSuite. Plooto creates an automatic two-way sync with leading accounting platforms to streamline your end-to-end payment process.

Additional Fees
For Canadian customers only: payments to CRA are $3.00 each.

We charge additional fees as charged by banks as part of standard processing:

NSF (Not Sufficient Funds) Returned: $30 Fee Each
Regular Receivable Refund: $0.50 for domestic, $9.99 for cross-border
Check Stop Payment/Return: $10 Fee for Canada, $30 Fee For USA
Failed Credits (Incorrect Payee Account): $2 Fee Each
Recalled Direct Deposit Payments: $10 Fee Each
Recalled Email Money Transfer: $5 Fee Each
Chargeback Fee (will be in the currency of transaction): $15 Each
Pay by Card Fee: 2.9% per transaction

If a subscription is not active, there will be a $5 fee to transfer any funds in your Plooto Instant account to a bank account. All other payments will be put on hold until the subscription is reactivated.
